Start Something Challenge 2013
Thanks to everyone who watched our competition entry video. By the first-round deadline on September 30 we had about 440 unique views, many of which resulted from a last-minute push. Unfortunately the view count was not enough to advance in the competition. But this WILL become our Social Enterprise to help Haiti's Alternative Fuels & Clean Cook Stove Program. For background and your viewing pleasure, we have a longer version of the video right here.

Tree Planting Festival in Cyvadier, Haiti
In March of 2013, CDi planted the first 1,000 trees from its Miles of Trees Program! Together with our partners, we planted citrus and avocado trees in the surrounds of Cyvadier. Supported by the JDS Youth Group, and sourcing trees from our partners at Konpay who operate a small tree nursery, we are very excited to see Miles of Trees in action not on the road but in the field. Please help us in our quest to plant 2,000 trees next year. Read more about the "Festival Plante Byebwa" here.
